Billy and Josh spent literally the whole day attacking and conquering our ancient furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. They were cheerful, explained what they were going to do, and then when running into snags as far as our older house goes, did everything within their power to finish the job, calling in Damen and Nevin as well, at one time we had 5 guys helping in some way, running to get parts, or just hauling old parts away. They worked until 9:20 pm (started at 8am) without a lunch or dinner break, as the next day we were scheduled to have a garage sale, and the weather was hot and they wanted us to have our air conditioner in working condition! Billy's goal as the main tech was to leave us satisfied, and he did so.
