The worst customer experience I ve ever had! I am starting a new graphic tee store and submitted Entripy s wholesale request form on their website two weeks ago. After submitting the form, I followed up with their customer experience team to find out when I should expect to hear back about my application they told me the approval process takes a couple days (it actually took 2 weeks!). In addition to asking when my application would be approved, I also asked if they needed my Business License to validate that I was actually a business they said it wasn t required which was very surprising to me because all other suppliers that I have a wholesale account with (in both Canada & the United States) have required my business license and/or HST # to approve my application.
While I was waiting for my wholesale application to be approved, I ordered one sample tee (at regular price) to see Entripy s quality for myself. I included a poly bag in my order so I could decide if I wanted to use poly bags when I ship to my customers. Sure enough my sample order arrived WITHOUT the poly bag
After 2 weeks of following up with Entripy s customer experience team several times, I was told that my wholesale application was not approved. I asked why my application wasn t approved and they wouldn t give me any more information other than my application didn t meet the criteria . If I don t know what the wholesale criteria is, how can I possibly consider Entripy as a future supplier when my business grows?
It s very disappointing that Entripy doesn t support (all) aspiring entrepreneurs in the GTA!
