Absolutely awful experience trying to buy a car from this dealer. Saw a 4Runner and a Lexus RX330 online that I went in to test drive. When I got there, the salesman told me that the 4Runner was getting a new tailgate and I couldn't drive it until it had been replaced. I then asked about the RX330 and he told me they couldn't find the keys to it, but he would call me once they found them. I waited 3 days and didn't hear anything, so I called and was told that the 4Runner had already been sold. Someone bought it "as is", I asked who buys a car without being able to drive it, as I was told I couldn't drive it until it had been fixed. They said that wasn't a rule and don't know why I was told that. They then continued on to say that they still couldn't find the keys to the RX330. 7 days after my initial visit I went down to the lot to see if they had anything else to consider and I saw that the RX330 had been moved from where it was previously parked. Great! I can drive it now. Went in the next day to test drive it and they told me again that they couldn't find the keys and tried to get me to buy a Lincoln crossover. I said I was only interested in the RX330 and they said they would call me once the keys were located. Never happened, so I went and bought a GX470 from a different local dealer who knew how to sell cars to people interested in them. The communication of this dealership is terrible and I always caution people about buying a car from them.
