I had severe back pain for years. I was pulling my back every other week. I was in fear of picking up anything heavy or even helping out around the house worrying that I might pull my back. On a scale of 1 - 10 my pain was a 10. I use to be a basketball player and go Kayaking all the time. My back pain took my quality of life down to 0 at the age of 27.
