This was the worst car buying experience my husban...

This was the worst car buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced. We drove over 2 hours to see a vehicle with an appointment. When we arrived, the car salesman we had made the appointment with was selling the vehicle to someone else, but told us we could still test drive the car. As we began to leave, the manager chased us down and told us the car wasn t sold. We began the paper work and were presented with the wrong paper work 3 times; one of these times being SOMEONE ELSE S paper work. Then, they ran our taxes in another state and when they found the mistake, after we had signed everything, they attempted to charge us an additional $1000 for THEIR mistake. They also used the coronavirus as a reason for not wanting to have any discussions about the vehicles and reduce interactions. Robert Turner was the ONLY helpful, friendly person in the building. Please, use hesitation when giving them business.
