STAY AWAY. I used to get 17-19 Mbps all the time and ever since iinet has been taken over by TPG its seems my service is getting worse by the day, i now average 8-9 Mbps, if you are lucky to get high speeds expect terrible ping and every night around 8PM AWST to 10PM AWST it's close to unusable. Speeds drop to 2-4 Mbps and average ping in games in that time (8pm-10pm) is anywhere between 400ms to 2000ms. don't even think about downloading anything over 10gb in a reasonable time. Such a shame to see such a once great company fall so far.
