My husband and I travel to Cape Cod every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I never tire of the location and while I'm too far from retirement age, I even think about living out my life there someday. One of the best experiences was staying at the Spa Suite at the Chatham Bars Inn. Every luxury you can imagine is available to patrons. They have a golf course and a beach to walk to from the front door. The have fine dining on the premises, but they also have a cafe on the beach that is amazing. I am a vegetarian and it's hard to find really nutritious and delicious vegan or vegetarian meals. Well, their cafe does not disappoint! We had a semi-private heated pool by our suite and the masseuses provided one hour massages in our suites with a short notice appointment. The most surprising and entertaining moment was when they offered us a chance to drive a $100 K vehicle (a different one every day) just because we were staying there. It was a little embarrassing, but we drove it to an ice cream shop where we sat on the porch and ate a $3.00 cone with an expensive car parked out in front while other ice cream customers admired and commented on the car on loan, lol. The staff at the Chatham Bars Inn is well-trained and very attentive. You will want for nothing.
