Silver Eagle Group has excellent facilities; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I tried two shops/ranges before finding SEG, but both had bad attitudes and lousy customer service. I started out knowing very little, and they were helpful to an absolute beginner: they explained what I needed to learn and how to learn it. Another local range literally told me to go away and come back when I'd learned - without any hint what they were looking for. That is, lousy attitude and no help at all.

The introductory training I took at SEG was great. The students ranged from rank newbies to people brushing up old skills, and the two instructors tailored the course and the personal instruction to meet people's needs. They were very professional, and very skilled, with lots of real-world experience. The training ranges from very basic to very advanced; my experience really motivated me to pursue more training.

Using the ranges has been very easy. They are clean, well-ventilated, well-lit and very well-run. The staff is very helpful and professional. Again: the range is a joy to use.
