A bit crowded, but it's to be expected at the ice cream motherland. Delicious ice cream, but the menu is the same as at your local scoop shop. The tour had a long wait, so we opted to skip it. Go early if you're there on a Sunday, or leave lots of time to mill around while you wait for your tour. The factory doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday, so if you want to see ice cream in production, go on a weekday. We overheard folks mentioning they got a sample of an ice cream flavor that wasn't released yet at the end of the tour, so that's fun!
