One item off my foodie bucket list! Did the factory tour & I definitely recommend it. The tour itself is not long and goes over the basics of how they make their ice cream. There is also a short political video message included in the tour, but it emphasizes the ongoing social advocacy Ben and Jerry's is known for. A nice sample is included at the end of the tour. There are also various other activities to do around the factory, including the flavor graveyard, children's playground and even making your own tie dyed shirt!
