Diego Carranza Review of PCEL

Their archaic system of assortment, shipping and customer service made my first purchase at PCEL my last. It's disappointing to see how, even after closing most of its stores to focus on online sales, all that's left is a disappointing display of incompetence and poor organization, and an omen of near failure. It would be preferable to buy through the Facebook marketplace than through PCEL.
I ordered a mechanical keyboard instead of ordering it from Amazon as it was cheaper at PCEL. The note specified that the item was on request, but that it would take 2 to 6 days for it to arrive at my address. It would have been better to pay more for the same item. There was never an update on the status of my order.
They rarely answered the calls I made to check the status of my shipment and, when they deigned to respond, they only said that the shipment had a deadline of 2 to 6 days, which I already knew and was not even the reason for my call. When I ask about the status of my order, I don't need to be told the deadline for the umpteenth time; I need you to tell me what the * status * of my * order * is. They went so far as to lie when I contacted their customer service agents telling me that they were in communication with the supplier since my order had exceeded the time limit that had been specified. When I called later that day to confirm the vendor's response, I was informed that there was no record of any attempted communication with the vendor.
The best solution they offered was for me to choose another item of similar price. You wouldn't have to explain that if you wanted a different keyboard you would have chosen a different one from scratch. The second best solution they offered was to wait until the following Monday because "the weekend is coming."
They do not have communication with their supplier, they do not know when they will have stock of the items they sell on their page, they do not answer the phones, they lie when you finally contact them. If that's the service they offer their clients, they don't deserve to have clients. Continue like this and you will only get a speedy closure.
I am currently in the process of reimbursing them, which, fortunately, will be my last contact with PCEL.
I want to note that I write this from a keyboard of the same model and price as the one I ordered at PCEL, which I bought at MercadoLibre and that it arrived ON THE NEXT DAY OF PURCHASE.
Anyone thinking of buying from PCEL, consider anything other than this one.
