I always stayed at Omni La Mansion del Rio in San ...

I always stayed at Omni La Mansion del Rio in San Antonio on the 4th floor and was quite happy with the cleanest of the rooms, well This time was different, Angie the Room attendant doesn't work here and the 4th floor is not as nice & clean as when she was there. lots of dust, no towels, no smiling faces!

I'm going back to Hyatt!
