Was 2/3rds into a daquiri when I found a foreign object floating around in it. The waiter was quick to take the drink away and bring back another daq, however, when I asked if they would be comp'ing my original and the replacement drink due to my not being able to finish the first one/the inconvenience of having an unknown item in my drink (basic rules of good customer service), I was told that the original would be comped but I would have to pay for the replacement if I wanted to keep it. We thought this was a bit abnormal, so we escalated the situation to the manager and she confirmed that I would need to pay for the second drink since they comp'ed the first one (WHICH I WAS UNABLE TO FINISH). After some more back and forth with her, she said she'd comp both drinks but when the bill came, she had only taken off 1/3rd of the price of the drink! No apologies either. I've never heard or experienced this kind of stinginess and cheap handling of a customer relationship.

This one was a total miss, Caliente.
