Absolutely the worst management company. Both office staffs and the area manager are incompatent. These people have no respect for the tesidents/owners in the building. In reality, the owner indirectly pay the salary of the management office. However, the staffs on the office have the mentality that they are doing residents a favor. Their attitude is that they don't care about the residents' needs. The area manager even have nerve to write to the board of directors asking for a raise from the corpiration because these office staffs have passed the condo manager's required courses and are underpaid.

This is totally ridiculous. These people are not even staffs if the condo. They are employees if Del and are assigned to our site. If Del thinks that these staffs are underpaid, Del should give them an increase or bonus. However, she has the nerve to ask the condo corporation to pay their staffs when they are doing a lousy job. Totally unprofessional and unheard of.
