I love my ride! The service department at Jim Hudson Acura is outstanding! I have been a family member (customer) for approximately three years now. Obviously, we take our vehicles to get serviced and sometimes we get news that was unforeseen but, with that being said, I have experienced excellent customer service of kindness, professionalism and attention to detail from the service team of Melissa, Temple, and CJ. Every time I come to the dealership, I always feel welcomed and to date, my vehicle service needs has been met.
