My parents bought me flowers from here and I loved them. Little did I know the wrong bouquet was sent to me until my parents told me. They refunded my parents and even sent me flowers as an apology (after my parents told them they didn t need to send me more flowers). Very professional and kind company!! I was happy with the original flowers and understand this is a hard time, so I appreciate your company s hard work! Mistakes happen, and you went above and beyond dealing with this issue :)
