A tour operator disaster

A tour operator disaster
Our experience at various points:
1. The organization of excursions, a disaster, itinerary changes, groups of 40 people. Scarce time to visit places, but to go to shops there was no rush.

2. The guides, a little unfriendly and are not used to the volume of people in the group because they are overwhelmed.

The worst of all the tour of the Hermitatge (Saint Petersburg) when we left they left us stranded (When the guide gave us permission to go to the W.C.) The bus left without us, 5 minutes queuing at the W.C. and they didn't wait for us.

The guide was irresponsible of not being clear about "the people who stayed in the area and those who returned to the hotel" We called the emergency telephone number (which was supposed to be 24 hours and they spoke in Spanish) We were attended only in English, we we get mad and hang up. They called us back ... up to 5 calls. In the end I warned you ... my wife is 6 months pregnant and upset.
They called us again, speaking to us in Spanish. They paid us a taxi and took us to the hotel.
3. The menu, as far as the meals included in the excursions are concerned: Repetitive, bland, and the restaurants leave a lot to be desired.
4. Exorbitant price of the extra excursions, a very expensive price. To give an example, In Saint Petersburg. Swan Lake ballet tour. Tickets without numbering, sit where you can and above 150 per person. Ah! and the excursion on the canals of Saint Petersburg 50 per head, just like the one on the Moscow night tour we are a complete scam.
5. The quality of the 2 hotels, fair 4 stars. The cheapest in its category.
Anyway, we criticize the tour operator itself. For others the trip is worth it. Knowing Saint Petersburg and Moscow is incredible.
I recommend taking a basic package, excursions and other tour operators. It will be much cheaper.
Greetings travelers.
