When our water heater broke and leaked water all over our laundry room, Genz-Ryan came to the rescue! Tom R. was our service tech and he was amazing! He was very knowledgable, worked quickly, and was very personable. Having a great technician working to fix the problem made having to deal with the issue much more bearable. You can tell that Tom R. really loves his job and takes great pride in his work! We would happily recommend Genz-Ryan to anyone else having a similar issue!
