Pretty hotel.

Pretty hotel.

Too bad the refrigerator was broken.

The USB ports didn't work.

The alarm clock wouldn't play music

We came downtown for a special event and we only had a couple of hours in the hotel to enjoy the amenities and do a little "pre-party" before we went out for the evening. As nice as ALL of the repair people were, I didn't want them there. I couldn't keep my bubbles cold or listen to music. Yes, the hotel fixed all of the issues, but it's not fair to us to have to deal with the aggravation.

I expect this type of shoddy amenities from a Motel 6, not a Michigan Avenue Suite from Hilton.

As a Diamond member, I'm questioning my loyalty.
