I needed a piece of heavy thick felt used as an air filter for a 50 year old Sears air compressor. Since the compressor is now obsolete, parts are not available. I found Sutherland Felt on line and and asked for their help. Because this is a very small deal for a big company, I did not expect much help....but was I ever surprised! Toby answered my request immediately and was able to help me find the felt I needed. I am impressed with Toby and a company that would take a real interest in my problem and help me out.
