Nice view over looking the river. Great location to freeway and to event downtown. Very clean. I'm surprised how they were unable to accommodate guests. They seemed overwhelmed. We were told that over 100 people were waiting for rooms so check in was delayed (2 different weddings at 2 different venues). We waited in hotel restaurant/bar. They were out of 2 things on the menu and staff didn't seem knowledgeable on menu items. Again they said they were not able to accommodate this large number of guests. Rooms were good. Bed comfortable. But we were surprised that a four star hotel was that easily overwhelmed. Stuff was polite and friendly.
