Absolutely disappointed! An hour to check in, room...

Absolutely disappointed! An hour to check in, room lock not working and had to change rooms and WiFi not working, no breakfast pack as ordered and no shuttle as arranged, to staff with bad attitude and lack of service. Just very disappointing considering the price... I hope for the Hotel's sake that this is an exception!
