Beaver did a super job with my 328XD. Not only did he fix the issue that brought me, he also closed an open issue that had been waiting on a part for nearly 2 years. I can always count on an honest assessment and solid restoration plan.

To be completely honest, I I had reached out to the leadership team to help resolve this long standing open issue and never received a response. Obviously, that is disappointing from a dealership with so much potential.

The one Item that concerns me and appears to be systematic (throughout dealership) is consistent follow up communication while my vehicle is in for service or awaiting a part. The communication usually starts off good, usually through texts, but as the time goes on it gets less and less. 3:30 in the afternoon, I had to ping them asking for a status to find out a part was ordered, and the vehicle would need to stay overnight. If I'd had a loaner car that would be ok, but this time around there were no available cars and I was "Stuck" at my office. After a while they worked out a solution. If I would not have asked, it would be long night at the office. Soon as the decision to order the part was made, somebody should have looped me in, not left me hanging.
