Although my first two times through this airport were uneventful, my last visit did not meet my expectations. First, as previous reviews mentioned, there is little to no signage. If you are leaving when there is only one flight leaving, there are no problems, if not, you will have to ask around to see which counter was Ethiopian airlines. The funny part is they have the signage, they did not put it in the proper place. Then, I was one of the unlucky ones from a cancelled flight and I had accommodation for two days until KLM could make arrangements on other airlines. Well, as luck would have it, "security" took my last snacks. Then, the crazy lady had the audacity to tell me I could buy more. There is no signage in regards to food as water would be expected. After 2 days waiting on a flight and a non-existent voucher, I let it go.
