I joined two months ago and enjoy coming here everyday. I work out 3-4 days a week - I love the group classes - there is always something new - I especially like the Strength, Zumba, BootCamp and AquaFit/ FinFit sessions. I also enjoy doing Yoga and Pilates occasionally. The equipment is also really nice and you can do anything from a light workout to a heavy workout. The pool is heated so you can always go for a swim despite the time of the day and year. I haven't tried used the pool in winter but will definitely see how it goes.... :)
