Congratulations and a big thank you to Erwann De Kerros and the whole exotic team for this 1st International Pepper Festival. Great lover of pepper and quality spices, this weekend was a perfect success. I loved the entertainment, the wanderings of musicians around the world, food and drinks around pepper and especially the focus on the quality of small producers from around the world come to talk about their products. You knew how to marry the peppers and the soil of Touraine with taste and refinement. Congratulations to all and keenly the 2nd edition.
