Buddy Mays, the service manager, is absolutely the BEST! He is so responsive and has been there when we needed him. Our 2008 Honda Odyssey has had some serious issues after 100k, and without Buddy's help, it would have been a nightmare. He has been there for us for every surprise and we are very grateful for his help!!!
