Checked in as a diamond member and the counter person seemed clueless. WiFi wasn t working kept getting kicked us off and went downstairs and was asked if I checked in??? Room smelled musty looked in the mini fridge and found someone s milk and leftover food. Went to the little Starbucks in the lobby and they didn t have anything that they advertised. Ordered a large ice coffee without milk got milk made me another and handed me a medium. SMH at the service.

The did give me a late checkout!!
