I have been using Northside Lexus for the last 12 years to service my Lexus vehicles. Last week I took my RX 350 for service. During the service, key cylinder was jammed, it could cost around $700 to replace it, but they did it free as a loyal customer. I'm very happy with their customer relationship and service. Agustin Soto is service consultant and Jacque Bratton is my service Manager. This is the best place to have Lexus service done.
