I really cannot recommend this company more highly. Seriously. Following a self-repair on my Dell XPS13, I inflicted more damage to it than before I had started. With my tail between my legs, I took the machine to a so-called expert in Windsor who completely mis-diagnosed the fault and condemned it. Even with my little knowledge, I remained optimistic that a person with the right skills and attitude would be able to fix it. Enter Sam, and Roman. No-nonsense advice right up front about possible costs and great communication. The ability to carry out component repairs is a real plus as there was damage to the motherboard. Most say it needs to be replaced. They FIXED it. In 24 hours. An event like this is a similar process to a car repair - a distress purchase for sure. Be confident if you take your device to these people, they really know what they are doing and know how to traet their clients. Thank you guys. Damien
