in high season, not available by phone before 9 am or after 5 pm while you buy tickets online for the next day, which you will not receive, even after you have sent proof of payment by email. No empathy when you finally get in touch, while still spending quite some money there. Tables not clean in restaurants, extreme queues up to 1.5 hours .... in short ... correct.
