It is absolutely impossible to spend a good word for this office of the courier. In the face of a bad, approximate, completely insufficient service, one is forced to sadly find that these now undeniable shortcomings are met with little courtesy by the operators. We cannot wish, in the interest of the user as well as of SDA itself, that things can improve. But it will be a very demanding undertaking.
