Joe Pinedo at Nick Alexander was amazing to work with! He was very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, and made every effort to please, all without pressure! He spent lots of time with me, answered all my questions, and was very patient. His follow-through was terrific! I definitely recommend Joe at Nick Alexander! Also, Eddie Cabrera, Service Advisor, got me all set up for my service/oil change/etc. and was very helpful explaining the details of servicing. I also met with Mike Gregorian, who took the time to walk me through some of the great new features of my car. The entire team at Nick Alexander is wonderful!
