Would give a zero if I could. I ordered Winco handles for frying pans. I called to add an additional handle to my order since I had miscalculated the number of handles. I was told that since my order had already shipped I would have to order the handle through another invoice. This item is $1.24 and when I asked if I would have to pay $12.00 in shipping (I originally paid $12.35 shipping for a $10.59 order) I was told YES. I explained the order was only $1.24 for a small silicone handle and I was told "There is nothing I can do about that". Really! TWELVE DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING A SMALL HANDLE! To whom is that shipping profit going. Whatever happened to accomodating a customer. Last time I will use this company.
