If I could give this Pep Boys zero stars I would. I make an appointment for 6:00pm for a headlight replacement, and to patch a tire that a nail had gone in. Mind you, I called right upon open (8 AM) to schedule, and actually inquired what the latest time could be for that work. I asked if 6 was okay, and was assured that it was "plenty of time." I come at 5:45, and the mechanic stated that it would take about 2 hours. 8pm rolls around and I have not recieved a phone call to update. I call, get placed on hold for 15 minutes, then hang up. I call again and inquire what is going on with my car and get asked to hold again, wait 5 minutes, then another person answers and asks why I'm calling. I ask again, and get placed on hold for a 3rd time so they can check on what's going on with the car. I am on hold now at this point for another 5 minutes when another person comes on the phone and says I need to call back. It is practically 9pm (closing time) and still have not received a phone call. I call back, and someone answers and says "can you please hold." Politelty, I say no I can't hold I need to make sure my car is ready and see what is going on. I get cut off mod sentence, and the male on the other line says "well you're going on hold" and then CLICK. At this point, I'm infuriated and decide to head over. On the way I recieve a call that they are backed up and ask if I can leave my car. i state two different times earlier in the evening that I could not. They told me to get there by 9, so I don't get locked out. Customer service was absolutely awful, they were rude and inefficient workers. They obviously did not start on my car for hours after my appointment. I will never bring my service to this pep boys again and will be calling corporate tomorrow.
