Have to give a 3 because of finance person who was a master at doublespeak. Sales rep and service people were outstanding. This finance guy tried to get us to forego our downpayment and ignored the time I asked for on loan. Time with him was frustrating and negated our otherwise good experience. Watch out for a deceptively expensive extended warranty
