I have been servicing my 07 Navigator L at Cotton since I bought it new. Great service still going strong. Wouldn't take it anywhere else! Service manager Dave Malloy is one of the main reasons I still service my Ford and Lincoln vehicles at Cotton. Great attention to detail.
