I ve been in the store a few times before and the only thing that really bothered me was them not being open on a Saturday.

I went in this past Monday to buy splitboarding boots and a new pair of skins. Normally on stores like this, staff is decently attentive as the gear they carry is on the technical side. It seemed the staff could care less about answering questions and were too busy with other tasks not related to customer service.

Although I had to get the boots to try on myself, I did find my size and would have purchased the 600 dollar pair of boots and 180 dollar skins at their establishment but instead will purchase online.

Maybe if the store was open on Saturdays, the busiest shopping day of the week; they could afford to hire more/better staff and not lose out on sales due to poor customer service.
