I contacted the HR Recruiter as i wanted to join this company and i asked her if there walk inn interviews going onn, the HR simply refused and told me thats not their policy and asked me to send my resume and incase if they like my resume then they will contact me ..So its been a month or two and there is response from the HR Team , And basically that means till the time they dont like your resume you will never the opportunity to sit for the face to face interview and prove yourself to get hired..And this company is probably thinking that they are giant corp like google, yahoo, facebook or tcs for that matter ..
Really its worthless experience as even if someone wants to join their company they will not give them one opportunity to prove your skills and you can explain them why they should hire you ..
