Mike came out to assess why we weren't getting heat last week. He got it working so we could stay warm during the cold front, and ordered the parts to make sure it stays running (which were under warranty). He called as soon as the parts were in, and promptly came out to fix it. He arrived when he said he would, fixed it fast, and it cost a little less than his original estimate!
