Horrible company! can not believe I was treated with such rude, unprofessional service today visiting my community pool. This company should vet their employees prior to hiring them! Can NOT believe what I just experienced !
The pool supervisor denied my family entry because he did not believe I was a resident! He proceeded to follow me all the way to the main office to verify my residency.
Once I returned to the pool, within 5 minutes another neighbor came and she did NOT have her fob either! And he let her RIGHT IN! UNBELIEVABLE!
