Nhow Rotterdam is a large modern hotel in a "skyscraper" with the normal rooms up to the 18th floor with a view of the Nieuwe Maas / Erasmus Bridge and the suites up to the 24th floor. I do recommend the view of the water, otherwise you will have a view of De Kop van Zuid, which is a lot less. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Tom on reception went out of his way. The regular rooms are fine with a shower, large bed and TV (poorly visible with glass panel in front ...). The interior is very modern with a lot of concrete. The large windows provide a great view. During the Corona lockdown you had to order food and drinks via the mobile phone (or reception) and then collect them on the 7th floor. There, too, everyone did their best to be friendly in all the hustle and bustle. A friendly lady even helped carry the coffee / tree tray. After all, you had to consume it in the room. You can park right next to the hotel in the Q-park garage, where you pay the regular price with a small discount on the daily rate (regular daily rate is around 32 euros) when you pay at the reception. You can also get off at the tram stop on the other side of the bridge (Wilhelminaplein stop) and walk into the hotel after 250 meters. Recommended for a nice weekend break or business affair. Not really for a romantic weekend, it's a bit too tight for that.
