The worst and very small company, which is running...

The worst and very small company, which is running from last 10 years only for one small client ,

Pros:

I don't think, the company deserves any pros. Even for fresher, I will not recommend joining, because they will be demotivated and lose interest in this field, and the funny part is they will be expected to build the top quality product from day 1, otherwise, they will ask you to either work for free, or you can leave the company.

Cons:

The management is very worst, They hire people and then pressurize them to work for every Saturday Sunday even on govt holiday, If you say no because of some medical issue, They will become personal and will start you asking personal questions, They gave a false deadline to clients, Even they don't consider checking the feasibility with the dev team, and then will just pressurize and start telling if you don't do we will reduce salary,and by the way this is a case with everyone . only a few bootlickers survive here , They do not have work ethics

They are running this business from last 10 years but I have not seen people staying here for more 2-3 months.

The simple idea of the company is that they want Fast, cheap and good quality, The simple management principal they forgot that they can achieve at a time only two,

They will not release appointment letter up to for next few months even you ask for that couple of time in a day, they will just push it saying we will release soon and then once it is two months then they will try to negotiate with less pay and when you want to leave the organization suddenly you become performer and they are happy with you and ready to pay what you are offered in offer letter, and when you accept there think to stay within 15 days you again became a bad performer, They discourage people so they should not be able to go out of their company.

You work for 20 hours a day, but there is no appreciation, They will tell you that they want there work to be done, no matter how you do, and they get some requirement late night 8 pm and expects to sit full night and complete it, and expect again to be available in office before 11 am ,they believe we are robot, we are not having family or friends ,

Advice to management

Don't spoil the career of young energetic people. they have a lot of expectation and you people discourage, I guess the management should go in self-analyzation phase and understand what they are doing wrong, and please learn some management principal,

You are paying an employee for their work, you don't have any right to question them on their personal matter,

Please have some life you dead.
