Dawn is the perfect example of customer service, very helpful, suggestive and not over-bearing like some sales associates. Great with kids which is a big plus for us, my daughter loves this lady. Shes on top of whats in stock, whats coming in, the deals and sales going on. Every Harley needs a Dawn!
