Unbelievable! In an effort to "go green" they decided to turn off the power from 1 to 2 p.m.. No ice, no elevator, no bar, no t.v.. This was not thought out very well. Why not do this in the middle of the night??? Is it because no one would notice your efforts??? There was also a very foul smell coming from the bathroom.
