Terrible customer service, when there is an issue ...

Terrible customer service, when there is an issue it does not get resolved, every one that I speak with gives me a different excuse and no action is taken to resolve issues. The call centres seemed to be staffed with people who English is not their first language and this seems to really hinder the process of them understanding the issues and thereby they are not adequately able to deal with the issues or even to answer simple questions relating to the problem. I think giving them one star is still too generous.

Thanks Leo But I have tried everything including the options you suggested and now the matter is with TIO
