Unbelievably inefficient, frustrating. Very gracious at requests and then referred to another "team member". After a multitude of emails and phone calls I cannot get a technician to call me with request to remove a service. DONT USE SHAW BUSINESS. So FAR IT HAS. OST ME TIME AND MONEY. They will only return your call if you want new services.
