We received a Dyna-Glo smoker for Christmas. The hardware bag was torn in shipment resulting in lost parts. I have contacted customer service several times. Each representative promised Fedex of the hardware next day. It has been 3 weeks and still no parts! Truly disappointed with this company and their lack of customer care.
