Today, 2/19/18 I sent 2 internet requests on a 2018 Grand Cherokee SRT8. I didn t hear from anybody at the dealership. I then decided to call. What a mistake. Rudy answered the phone. I explained to him that I have a 2016 Grand Cherokee from them (he looked up my file and found it) and am looking to move into this vehicle. I explained that I have a 3.5 week old child at home and need to do some legwork over the phone before coming in. Having spoken to 2 other dealers today I know this is very possible. Rudy would not discuss any numbers or details with me without me physically coming into the dealership. In 2018 it is usually very easy to do most of the legwork over the phone. I just did this on a Ford F-250 less than a month ago and the transaction was extremely smooth. I am very disappointed in this attitude and would not recommend anyone do business here.
