Give this place a miss. If you re a tourist, and want some Japanese culture and fun, it s *all* outside of this building. It s a pretty soulless collection of cardboard cutouts and glum-looking staff in a shiny office block.

Go hang out at some of the stores in the area instead - they ve got the buzz and excitement that this place lacks.
